The first half of the book is insightful and useful. Her guided meditations are fantastic. But I had to check out once she starred talking about the archangel Azrael and communing with the ghost of Wayne Dyer. Never go full Marianne Williamson.

I had to struggle with a lot of resistance to get to this point of surrendering to my guidance to read this book again! Now, I feel good about it again. The truth is I was actually fearful about manifesting because I was soooo freaking scared that I would actually manifest something negative. I'm being very vulnerable here because I know that there are other folks out there in the world who feel that way too! I surrender my fears of manifesting to the Universe and I choose #love! LOVE LOVE LOVE! (Thank you God for giving me the courage to share that!) I'll be sharing my updates here on Goodreads as I slowly reread Super Attractor. I love this book. I did not think that it would outdo Miracles Now (another AMAZING book by Gabby) but it did. Many times throughout this book, answers I have been seeking are answered. My fears about life have been alleviated by reading this book. I know that I attracted this book into my life right now for a reason. The reason is an answered prayer. What I like the most about this book is the way that Gabby is completely honest. Just because she is a Spiritual Teacher does not mean that she never falls out of alignment with love. She shares her experiences of being out of alignment and the way she comes back. She surrenders and asks for help through prayer. She then receives Good Orderly Direction (GOD). She teaches us how we can do the same. In this place of alignment, we manifest all our true desires. I say true desires because I feel that after reading this book, you will find your true desire is not to manifest material things (although I do believe that these will come) but, rather intangibles like happiness, joy, serenity, and peace. I believe that there is now definitely more peace on earth because of this book. It's a very powerful read! This book emits powerfully positive vibes. It is life changing. Gabby's desire is to help and serve others and this book, as far as I am concerned, is definitely a service to the world - peace, joy, and freedom can be ours! All of us can manifest these qualities in our own world and the entire world around us simultaneously. I highly recommend this book!

A good book to learn more techniques on how to surrender to the Universe and its plan for us. Gabby shares many different tools such as prayers and mantras to help one surrender and become «a super attractor». Though the essence of the book is great, it wasn’t my favourite book on the topic as I often find Gabrielle’s choice of words very tacky and contradictory to what she wants to convey. Another point I didn’t like in the book is that although Gabby promotes surrendering a lot, it is still A good book to learn more techniques on how to surrender to the Universe and its plan for us. Another point I didn’t like in the book is that although Gabby promotes surrendering a lot, it is still done with the end goal « to get what you desire ». However, sometimes what you desire isn’t necessarily what is best for you- hence why to me the best way to surrender is to also release one’s attachment to even getting what we desire. Many times surrender leads to us getting what we desire or better; but sometimes we don’t get what we want and that’s exactly what we need. I find that this book still had a big focus on attracting what we want via « surrender », which isn’t really surrendering. This is my personal opinion. A better book on the matter to me is Tosha Silver’s « It’s Not Your Money » or « Outrageous Openness ». She captured surrendering in a better way, to me. If you’re new to all these concepts, then sure this book will help, though.

You REALLY have to be into Law of Attraction and personal development to take much from this book, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who wasn’t already a little steeped in these ideas. But I loved this one. I listened on audio and think it’s the best Gabrielle Bernstein’s best that I’ve read.

After all those years of practicing and reading about LOA I thought there were maybe still more nuggets to learn and when my friends started to read this one, I had to give it a try too. This book made me realise I have learned everything about LOA I could possibly learn and it's time to put that wisdom into lots of inspired action.

There is hardly a page in this book that I haven’t highlighted somewhere. I’ve been on this path for a long time now and I am clear that I'm loved, safe and protected, so it’s easy for me to “choose to live in the light”. Nice good quality journal paper and it folds back all the way to allow easy writing if I am not in front of my desk. I love reading inspirational books, it is a source of great joy for me and this one does not disappoint……plus after following Gabby’s journey for a few years now, I was so thrilled for her and happy to see she eventually got her precious little Oliver. Life is amazingly beautiful.

I have been an avid Gabby follower and have all of her books. This one I felt let down by. I struggled with arc angels and guides not having been brought up in previous books and being a focus in this one. In a way I felt I had been mislead by the author. There is some content in the book that I enjoyed however I can't help but feel that Gabby has become more about marketing and looking for something new to talk about than a truth which I can align myself to.

This book is a nice refresher of the fundamentals of mindset and mindfulness. The accompanying audio of meditations are great- I also love that she has journal time built-in. Amazing book!! It has boosted my confidence to the next level. Such lovely guidance on feeling happy and continue to be in that state forever. This book also helped me to come out of certain fears of mine. Now, I don't bother about what will happen next. I know there are guides all around me, who will lead me to my goal and further. It gave me a confidence to become a super attractor and to feel great when someone, a complete stranger, says 'I love you'.

It’s a good read if you are new to the concept of law of attraction. I found it a bit tedious to read as she went on and on about how great and connected she is. Too much self obsession. The disease of modern spirituality. Large chunks of it were extremely flakey and repetitive. Overall you ask, have faith, wait, pray, be grateful, mediate and call upon angels. I prefer Abraham hicks material or good old vedanta, yoga philosophy which is solid and not hippy dippy.

Gabrielle Bernstein's books seem to show up at times in my life when I truly need them. 'The Universe has your Back' came to me at a time of severe illness and paralyzing uncertainty. This one comes to me when I am 27 years young and I am finally trying to face my fear of driving. So many encouraging words and ideas. This book has definitely changed my mindset. I was hoping for more written exercises, but taking note of key ideas will do. Gabrielle Bernstein's books seem to show up at times in my life when I truly need them. When the student is ready, the teacher appears. Gabby's wisdom entered my life at the time I needed, AND WANTED, it the most. Her work continues to inspire and empower me to live my best life as my best self. Read this with a journal so that you can capture all your reactions and really start to put the book into action.

I chose this book initially because of it's great cover. The author, who is a beautiful blonde woman showcased in soft white light, picked a great book title to go with her face and it worked on me, at least subconsciously. I doubt a normal looking person could have gotten away with a cover like this. Gabby Bernstein is a sharp and pretty lady who has been rising in the publishing ranks using spiritual principles and savvy marketing. She does live events all around the world and hangs around I chose this book initially because of it's great cover. She does live events all around the world and hangs around with Oprah and Dr. Oz. In reality, this book is an interesting dive into the Law of Attraction, which has been covered by many other spiritual teachers including Wayne Dyer, Rhonda Byrne, and Esther Hicks. You have to be open to this kind of teaching, which goes against all empirical and scientific evidence and assumes a world controlled by invisible spirit. If you can get there, Super Attractor has plenty to say to you about how your thoughts create your experiences. There are 11 chapters in roughly 200 pages, all telling how to manifest what you want by aligning with what the Universe is willing to provide. Like with other teachers, she teaches to avoid fear, especially beliefs in lack, scarcity, comparisons, and rejection. Instead of these negative emotions that hold us all back, choose joy, fun, joy and faith. (Easy to say- not so easy to actually live). Her three step method to correcting yourself is to 1- Notice the negative thought, 2- Forgive the thought, and 3- Choose again to think a better thought. The forgiveness step is one that holds a lot of folks back. We can't move on until we release the judgements we make every day on ourselves and others. The second half of the book gets a bit trippy when she discusses guardian angels, archangels, and channeling the spirit of Wayne Dyer. Some of the stuff in here gets way out there, but she truly seems to believe what she states. Bernstein goes into great detail into her saga of trying to conceive her first child at an older age, and she uses her experiences as proof that spiritual guides are at work. While I'm open to the idea of help from spiritual sources, I'm too old and jaded to see it work to much in the world I inhabit. This book encouraged me to look beyond the physical plane and realize that yes, we are all spiritual creatures having a human experience. My main problem with books like these is that the feel good stuff has little application in many peoples' worlds. Sure if you're a rich tv star or beautiful blonde things come easier to you, but for many of those struggling with survival, bills, and basic needs this seems to be saying, "it's your thoughts that are causing your suffering, you dummy." The law of attraction isn't meant to throw blame, but to offer freedom from pain and suffering. I wish the author had gone into this aspect a tiny bit. Still, there's much to like here. Meditation and affirmation are great ways to quiet your mind and get you in a more positive space to create good things. Appreciation is good, and the more thankful you are for what you have, the more of an attractor you become. Have faith in something higher than yourself, and listen to feedback from the universe to adjust your plans. Ask for signs and wisdom if that works for you. What Bernstein calls Spiritually Aligned Action has been said many other ways before. 1- Make sure your idea is backed by both inspiration and service. Do you want it and do people need it? 2- Believe that it's possible that things will work out. 3- Take action from a place of spiritual alignment (aka truth, power, and love) 4- Be patient- good things take time and you can't control the timetable always. Super Attractor is a good book if you are open to the kind of things the author discusses and looking for more spiritual inspiration in your life. I still prefer Wayne Dyer more, but he is no longer with us, so Ms. Bernstein is one of those taking on his mantle and apparently channeling his consciousness.

The perfect book to start the year-- and decade! Sure, most of the stuff in here are things we all "already know", but if you're still looking for guidance (i.e. why else would you pick up this book or search for it on Goodreads?), then it's probably a sign that you could use a refresher. Furthermore, knowing and implementing are two very different things. This very well could inspire you to finally take action towards reworking your belief systems and thoughts. If you're already a fan of Gabby Bernstein, this is more of what you love. If you're new to her work, prepare yourselves for an easily digestible, mostly-nonsecular course in how to rewire your thoughts, putting you in the drivers seat on the journey to joy and light. As some of the other reviews have mentioned, she does get a little hippy dippy with the Spirit Guides, but nothing is ever forced on you. Instead, her goal is to offer a guideline or tools that may help and give you the freedom to alter or improvise as you see fit. If calling on an ArchAngel isn't your thing, maybe try speaking to your Higher Self. The point is to identify whatever method is most effective at separating you from the instinct to latch on to negative thoughts. **ALSO** Crazy coincidence, but as I was finishing the book, I sent a link to my best friend who lives across the country and I've not spoken to in a few weeks and she said she had been listening to the audiobook for the last week! If that's not a sign from the Universe, I don't know what is ;)

Definitely not for everyone, but I found some of Gabrielle's tips and tricks super helpful for retraining my brain to react more positively and to see the light when I normally wouldn't. I came away feeling so light and positive after reading that book that I'd hoped to find newer information here. And while there is much that's new later in the book, I feel it could have used like 30 fewer pages and still made the point. Otherwise I enjoyed this one - taking from it what I connected with and letting go of the rest. I've been "choosing again" all week, and it's greatly impacted my interactions with others so far.

This book was read (well listened to, as it was an audiobook) in the mornings as a part of a spiritual/ meditative wake up and start to the day. This book was definitely one of the stronger ones for a “morning read”. The who aspect of changing your thinking, you attract what you put out there was excellent. Working on issues around “fear” resonated with me.

This book was exactly what I was looking to read at the time - it was so helpful and peaceful to read. Another winner from Gabby B! I love her approach and mixture of meditation and religion into her writing, it all just makes sense. Reading a book she wrote in her pregnancy during mine I felt even more connected. Will reread/listen for sure.

This is my favorite of her books thus far. It gets a little weird when she says she communicates with the late Wayne Dyer and various angels, but her message of letting things go always brings me peace. I genuinely like Gabby Bernstein, and she definitely makes me have more faith in the Universe.

There's some very useful tips and advice for manifesting. Her examples help the reader see from her perspective how manifestation works. It makes as an excellent resource to refer back for further clarification and simple methods to follow. I bought it on audible but I should have bought the book itself, because Audible doesn't have any text, which makes it hard to find parts of the book to refer back to.

This book will stay in my Audible account for a long time - great nuggets of wisdom about finding your "inner guidance" and how to find practical means to take actions with it. Good to read in small bites, and keep coming back to because it has some deep stuff in there.
